Inside the Founder Readiness Score

The Founder Readiness Score summarises how prepared a business is across seven dimensions: Business Model, Product, Traction, Team, Financial Readiness, Capital Readiness (optional) and Go-to-Market.

The score is the average of the seven dimension scores. Capital Readiness is optional: if you are bootstrapping, it is simply one signal among seven.

It is a coaching tool, not a rating of investment merit. Every dimension links to a concrete next step, such as a lesson, a template or a question for a mentor.
