01Operator

startuproof.com is operated by Startup Roof (operating entity to be confirmed). Contact: ritesh@startuproof.com.

02Acceptance

By using startuproof.com or Founder OS you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.

03The service

Startup Roof (operating entity to be confirmed) is an ecosystem, technology and networking platform. It is not licensed by the DFSA, FSRA, SCA or CBUAE and does not provide regulated investment services.

Information and readiness tools only. Startup Roof gives no investment advice, does not arrange deals and does not handle money. Match % and readiness scores are informational signals, not recommendations. Any investment activity happens directly between the parties or through appropriately licensed firms.

04No pooled investment or money movement

05Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a licence to host and display it according to your visibility settings.

06Acceptable use

No spam, scraping, impersonation, misleading claims, or unsolicited promotions of securities. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

07Events

Any event will have its own terms, published before registration opens.

08Preview

This is a preview. Forms do not store personal data, nothing is charged, and pricing for optional paid support is to be announced. Funding is never guaranteed.

09Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on content in the platform.

10Governing law

To be confirmed by counsel (e.g. the laws of the UAE / DIFC).
